Hi, I’m Ernest Chuan.

A real estate practitioner currently attaches with CID Realtors Sdn Bhd practicing on land, industrial, and commercial property. Below is my journey in real estate practice.

• Served in finance department of Korean multinational company assisting on cash management before joining real estate industry.

• Joined real estate industry in 2018 starting with selling residential properties.

• Starting to assist developers & landlords on selling and leasing commercial & industrial property in 2019.

• Grateful that have survived amid the covid-19 pandemic and achieve the 4th highest project sales in 2020.

• Enrolled in Executive Diploma in Real Estate Agency in 2020 and completed the course in 2022.

• Obtained Probationary Estate Agent license & start the 2-year practical training in 2023.
